First, you could replace each component separately in case of a mishap that left either the cistern or the bowl broke. Second, they are super easy to install.

Soundly knocking CST744SL (read review) out of the number one slot is the Toto CST454CEFG-01 (read review). This is an innovative toilet solution designed to resolve most bathroom problems without wrecking your account.
Water Efficient Toilet
The most notable feature here is the double cyclone flushing technology. While G-max is regarded as Toto’s most powerful flushing system, it is no match to the Double cyclone in terms of water efficiency.

This flushing system features 2 nozzles (instead of rim holes) that direct a larger amount of water to the siphon.
This hole-rim free design coupled with the sanagloss finish results to a more powerful flush that ensures water efficiency and improved bowl cleaning.
Powerful Flushing
What’s more appealing is that its polished chrome trip lever offers dual flush performance. This toilet’s powerful flushing design and excellent water efficiency make it a great choice for people who live in cities and States with low water supply.
Worth pointing out, this toilet does not come with a toilet seat. So, remember check to add one to the cart. On this note, our picks of the best-padded seats and bidet seats might give you important insights on the best models available today.

Basic Two Piece Toilet Buying Guide
Unlike a few decades ago, buying a toilet is no longer as easy as grabbing any model that catches your eyes first.
Toilets have evolved spontaneously. While there is a throne for everybody’s needs, it pays to research and to compare the available options in order to get a good system that offers reliability and good value for your bucks.
What makes a good 2-piece toilet?
Bowl Design
The toilet industry offers all sorts bowl designs. However, round, elongated, and compact elongated toilet bowls are by far the most popular. Square toilets are an option less popular.
Round – these bowls come in handy especially if you have kids around. They are slightly compact that elongated bowls and, therefore, consume less space in your bathroom. If you are buying a toilet for a petite bathroom, our list of the best round toilets might be a good place to start your search.
Elongated Bowls – true to their name, these bowls are 2-3 inches longer than round bowls. They are ideal for people with super size butts thanks to their wider support.
Compact Elongated Bowls– this is a blend of the first 2 options. The good news with these bowls is that they offer you a large sitting surface area without grabbing much space in your small bathroom.
Height
The standard height for toilets is 15 inches. You might want to go with a throne with this height especially if you are of a short stature and if the toilet will be used by small kids.
The major problem with standard height toilets is that they tend to make back and hip pain worse especially when bending and getting up from the throne.
Comfort Height toilets to the rescue. These toilets have a height of between 17’’ and 19’’. They make sitting and standing easy and are friendly to most users especially the senior citizens, tall people, and those suffering from arthritis.
Take note though. The additional 2-4 inches can make the toilet seriously tall for some people. We’ve had some buyers ship their toilets back due to this. So, ensure that everyone in your household will be able to use it before buying.
Rough-In
Rough-in refers to the distance between the wall at the back of the toilet and the centre of the trapway outlet. 12-inch rough-in toilets are the most common today. Your plumber will advise you to go with one of these since they are readily available and super easy to replace.
Other options available are the 10 inch and the 14 inch. These are rare although they are still available in most old homes. A 10-inch rough-in toilet makes a superb choice if you are short of space or if you plan to put a toilet in locations where a 12 inch or 14-inch model won’t suffice, for instance, under stairs.
